This gorilla habituation experience is designed for guests who want more time with mountain gorillas and to witness the gentle process of introducing wild families to human presence for research, care, and conservation. You spend up to four hours with gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Rushaga sector) after a scenic road journey from Entebbe.

Day by day
Pick up from Entebbe Airport or your residence and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (about 7–8 hours with scenic mountain and village stops), arriving at your lodge in the evening for dinner, rest, and briefing ahead of tomorrow’s habituation trek.
Full gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Rushaga sector—trek with researchers and rangers for up to four hours with a mountain gorilla family, far more immersive than a standard one-hour trek.
Relaxed breakfast, then drive back to Kampala or Entebbe for your departure or onward travel.
